Erik has held several senior leadership positions in both start-up and corporate organisations (B2B & B2C) with a focus on growth as common denominator. Erik enjoys challenging and complex settings to succeed, creating partnerships and building opportunities into profitable business.

Erik has a background in strategy consulting, commercial and operational performance improvement,
(international) business development and large scale business transformation and change. Erik has worked both in international corporate settings and in start-up and scale-ups leading in different roles with a keen eye for growth. Erik has lived and has working experience in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK and Spain.
